Welcome to The Backstage Studio
MISSION
The mission of The Backstage Studio is to elevate each child's passion for dance. Whether the student is new, or experienced, my goal is to teach each child with the understanding that each child has different skill levels. I aspire to keep up with the excellent dance education this studio has provided for over 45 years, and continue to bring in new opportunities for the studio to grow. I aim to continue offering Ripon and the surrounding communities with quality dance lessons for many years to come.
SUMMARY
The Backstage Studio offers a variety of genres of dance lessons. The dance studio offers a well trained instructor, with early childhood education experience, who values kids both learning and having fun.
The Backstage Studio is located in the beautiful, historic district of commercial downtown of Ripon, WI, located at 131 E Jackson St, Ripon, WI 54971.

Emilee Wegner
Emilee began dancing at 2 years old, gaining experience across several dance genres. Emilee has been in dance classes for nearly 17 years, along with 10 of those years being competition experience. She has scored several top placements in solos, duets and group routines. She also has three years of teaching experience.

Unleash Your Inner Dancer at The Backstage Studio
3-4 Year Old Pre-Ballet / 30 minute class
An introductory to dance meant for 3 year olds to enlighten their passion for dance. Basic ballet floor skills are learned.
Children ages 4+ class options: Ballet, Jazz, and Tap
All classes at this level are combination classes for a 50 minute time slot.
High School Solos/Duets
This is an exciting opportunity for our older dance students! I am excited to offer the opportunity for these dancers to learn more advanced choreography with our small class sizes.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are a great way to catch your child up if they miss class. If you feel your child needs some extra one-on-one help with technique, or their routines, this is a great way to get that!
Performance Opportunities
Every year, there is a dance recital that wraps up the end of our season!
