For a pop-up camp, all you need to do is fill out the sign up form and email it to the studio to sign up! The fee will be due at the beginning of the class, or at the time of sign up if indicated on the form. If your child is new to dance, I will need a filled-out liability waiver, which is located below. (Needed for adult classes as well)
